Jorma Liimatta peforms as a resitalist, chamber musician and soloist mainly in his home country Finland. He performs also regular abroad.
The repertoire of Jorma Liimatta consist of cello and chamber music from baroque to our days.
Cello Suites of J.S.Bach are specially near by his heart.
In February in 2009 Liimatta started Akaan Talvimusiikki chambermusic festival as an artistic director successfully.
